We consider a ROM hack completed when it has at least seven gyms, the main story is done, with legendaries and has Pokemon leagues or declared by the author as completed. Some have not been updated for a very long time, or the worst case was abandoned. If you search on the web, you will likely find most of these games their beta stage. If you are new to Pokemon rom modification, I’ll give you a brief. However, they do not permit distributing the original GBA ROMs such as the FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald, this means we can freely share any ROM hack but not the original GBA files. However, here is the bad news, as far as I know, Nintendo allows modifying of GBA ROMs.
